Manifesto

fluidminds can be looked upon as an entrepreneurial tribe with strong values.
This manifesto guides us in our work and also provides our customers, partners and members a sense of who we are.

Why are we doing what we are doing?
• We believe in the power of cooperating individualists.
• We believe that huge creative and innovative potentials lie unreleased in our society.
• We believe we can thrive on network dynamics.
• We are challenged by creating a networked value-creating (business) system.
• We never liked doing the easy stuff.


What characterizes our culture?
• We are tribal, yet individualistic.
• We welcome the future and accept the inconsistencies of our times.
• We see change and adaption as necessary, but not always welcomed.
• We play the forces of self-organization to get things going.
• We’re not in a popularity contest. Some folks don’t like what we do.


How do we approach our work?
• We give to gain. Generosity is in our genes.
• We seize opportunities – big and small.
• We want to have fun but also earn an honest pay for our talents.
• We challenge the status quo. We are friendly troublemakers.
• We set high levels of standards, relational, professional and aesthetical.
